By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding order processing, production, payments, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances.
1. Order Sheet & Approval Policy
Order Sheet is Final & Binding:
• Everything written in the order sheet will be followed exactly.
Ensure that the order sheet is detailed, clear, and includes all necessary production instructions (such as reference pictures, special instructions, fabric specifications, sizing, and color details).
• Any missing details will not be our responsibility once the order sheet is approved.
Approval Responsibility:
• Do not approve the order sheet if you have any confusion, even if it seems minor. Small misunderstandings can lead to major issues in production.
• If an incorrect or incomplete order sheet is approved, we will not be responsible for any production errors.
Production Department Access:
• The production department does not have access to private messages or conversations.
• If we discuss any specifics in private messages, ensure they are written in the order sheet before approval.
• If you approve a wrong or incomplete order sheet, we will not be responsible for any discrepancies. Ideal
Order Sheet Should Include:
• Reference Pictures (for fabric & design & fitting as many people/brands wants different fitting such as slim fit, regular, drop shoulder etc.)
• Mock-up (100% accurate, colorized digital mock-up for logos and product colors)
• Fabric Blend & GSM
• Hangtags & Labels (for bulk orders)
• Zipper Color, Drawstring Colors, Pocket Types (if not specified, the company will match the reference picture or use default options)
• Fit Type (customers must specify slim fit, loose fit, oversized, etc.; otherwise, a standard unisex fit will be produced)
Size & Fit Disclaimer:
• If a person does not fit standard sizing (e.g., has a plus-size or extra-slim body type) and the product does not fit as expected, the company is not responsible.
• Our garments are made based on universal sizing standards perfected over years of business since 2007. • We produce products universally, not individually tailored for each customer.
Finality of Approval:
• Once you confirm the order sheet, no modifications will be accepted, and the company will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction due to overlooked details.
2. Payment & Shipping Policy Payment Terms:
• A 50% upfront payment is required to begin production.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before the order is shipped.
• If a payment delay occurs, shipping will be delayed entirely at your expense, as per company policy. We do not ship orders until full payment is cleared.
Use of Funds:
• Once we receive the upfront payment, we immediately use the funds to: o Purchase fabric and raw materials o Order custom accessories (such as zippers, trims, buttons, custom molds for zippers) o Prepare screens for screen printing and embroidery setups o Cover labor and production costs
• Since your funds are used for essential production expenses, no refunds can be issued after production begins.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• If you cancel your order at any stage of production, no refund will be provided, as the funds have already been used.
• If you are unable to complete payment for any reason (lack of funds, personal issues, etc.), the order will be terminated without reimbursement.
• If an order is canceled mid-production, your customer account will be automatically disabled, and future business with us may be restricted.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances (Including Business Owner’s Passing) Delays Due to Unforeseen Events:
• In the unfortunate event of the business owner’s passing, ongoing orders may experience delays due to operational disruptions.
• The deceased individual is not responsible for order completion. Customers must reach out to the company's team to proceed with their orders.
No Refunds in Case of Death:
• The deceased person will not be accountable for returning any money, as it is naturally impossible.

Acknowledgment of Uncontrollable Events:
• Life and death are beyond human control. Should such an event occur, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
4. General Disclaimer & Final Acknowledgment We Only Follow Order Sheets:
• Our order sheets contain all the relevant details of the order, including quantity, sizing, logo colors, logo measurements, fabric colors, logo types, reference pictures, mock-ups, hangtags, labels, and any special instructions.
• Any detail discussed privately but not included in the order sheet will not be followed, and the company will not be responsible for it.
Customer Responsibility for Fit & Customization:
• If a customer does not specify customization details, the company will follow industry standards or reference images.
• If a customer later realizes the product does not fit due to body type (too tight, too loose, etc.), the company is not responsible.
No Approvals Without Certainty:
• Do not approve an order sheet unless you are 100% sure about every detail.
• Any uncertainty or confusion on the customer’s part can cause misunderstandings.
• Once the order sheet is confirmed, the company is no longer responsible for any issues.
Final Agreement By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept all the terms listed above. We encourage you to carefully review and confirm all details in the order sheet before approval to avoid any confusion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
